SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
All over Italy and Europe (see table).
The cost for shipping in Europe is 10 euro, the return is for free.
The cost for shipping in Norway, USA, Switzerland is 40 euro, and return cost is 40 euro are responsability of the customer.
If your country is not on the table please send us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to give you the best rate for shipping with the couriers that we use.
The shipping to Italy and Europe is entrusted to SDA - ITALIAN POSTS, UPS, DHL
Usually the shipment in Europe take a maximum of a week. in exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer. As soon as our merchandise leaves the warehouse you will receive an informative email or sms from the courier with the confirmation of the shipment, where you will find the shipping number to use to check the delivery status of your parcel online. It is responsaìibility of the customers give the the correct adress and all details to be contacted by the courier.
In case of wrong adress written when ordering in addition to the shipping costs, the return costs and the days of storage will also be charged.
The courier will make a delivery attempt, in case he doesen't find you he will contact you for a second delivery, in case of a second non delivery due to your absence the courier will drop the product at one access point closer to you and leaving you directions for collect your purchase.
Storage costs for non collection of the purchase and any cost of return we will charged to the customers.
Refund | Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request the full or partial refund of your purchase.
The refund is free.
If you want to change size, color or model you can return the product for free and then re-order a new purchase.

Costs and Times for Returns
Costs made for size replacement belong to Lucan's. Lucan's will attempt to send the courier for the pick up within 3 business days, we will contact you and give all the details about the return process
Rimember that you have 15 days from the receipt order, to return us an item you do not like.
Preparation of the package
Place the item inside the container box received with your shoes. If your order is made up of multiple items you are sure to insert in the parcel to return the exact product.
NB: If the delivery is not delivered in its original and unpaid packaging, the refund will not be made.
Replacing articles | Returns
To replace a measure, color, model or make a product, send an email at email@example.com specifying your name code purchase orrder and the request that you want satisfy and the reason of return.
Your request has now been submitted. You will receive an email within 24h, advising you that your return has been accepted. You just have to think about preparing the package. We will inform you about the day the courier will go to pick up.
The products you want to return must be in the same condition as you have received them. be careful not to detach the labels. In addition, the products must be within their original packaging.
