The shipping to Italy and Europe is entrusted to SDA - ITALIAN POSTS.
Usually the shipment in Italy take a maximum of 48/72. in exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer. As soon as our merchandise leaves the warehouse you will receive an informative email or sms from the courier with the confirmation of the shipment, where you will find the shipping number to use to check the delivery status of your parcel online. Refund | Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request the full or partial refund of your purchase.
After receiving and verifying your return we will proceed to your refund by converting your amount spent into a discount voucher for the same amount you will be able to use for your next purchase in our store or at our point of sale.
- Credit on Lucan's: Received your return will be available to you on your personal account (account on our store) Lucan's, the amount corresponding to the items you made, which you will be able to use for your next purchase. The discount voucher will be made within three business days of receipt of the parcel and will arrive by email or you will be able to view it in your account.
Costs and Times for Returns
Costs made for size replacement belong to Lucan's. Lucan's will attempt to send the courier for the pick up within 3 business days.
The total or partial cost of the product always belong to the customer. Lucan's will send you within 3 business days for the courier at the cost of € 5.00 which will be defective when refunding the product via a good discount.
Remember that you have 15 days from the receipt order, to return us an item you do not like.
Returns of non-resident customers in Italy always belong to the customer.
Preparation of the package
Place the item inside the container box received with your shoes. If your order is made up of multiple items you are sure to insert in the parcel to return the exact product.
NB: If the delivery is not delivered in its original and unpaid packaging, the refund will not be made.
Replacing articles | Returns
To replace a measure, color, model or make a product, enter your "Account" and follow these simple steps:
1- Enter "Order History". Select the product you want to make.
2- In the "Return Goods" entry, enter your requests for pairs replacement or the reason for the return.
3- Click on "Make a Return Note".
4- Your request has now been submitted. You will receive an email within 24h, advising you that your return has been accepted. You just have to think about preparing the package. We will inform you about the day the courier will go to pick up.
The products you want to return must be in the same condition as you have received them. be careful not to detach the labels. In addition, the products must be within their original packaging. This will make the yield procedure easier. You can return one or more items of your order. You are not required to return the entire order.
REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO RETURN A PRODUCT!!
